We're partnering with a highly regarded Chartered Accounting firm in Sydney CBD to recruit an experienced
Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Director in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who enjoys working at a senior level, thrives on taking ownership, and wants to become a trusted right hand to a busy Director. You'll play a key role in keeping priorities on track, supporting client relationships and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Director's portfolio.

Please Note:
- Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience within a Chartered Accounting firm is essential.
- Full Australian working rights are required.
About the Role:
As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you'll provide high-level administrative and operational support while acting as a key liaison for both clients and internal stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively managing the Director's inbox and light diary coordination, including drafting correspondence, prioritising communications and scheduling meetings.
- Maintaining and managing priority task lists to ensure key deadlines and actions are progressed efficiently.
- Working closely with the Practice Manager and administration team to coordinate workflows and improve internal processes.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and follow-up communication.
- Preparing timesheets using emails, call logs and supporting documentation, with an understanding of tax and compliance workflows.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure client work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating lodgement programs, monitoring deadlines and supporting compliance requirements.
- Assisting with project coordination and ensuring the Director's workload remains organised and on schedule.
About You To be successful, you'll bring: - Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience within a Chartered Accounting firm
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and senior stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to work autonomously
- High attention to detail, professionalism and discretion
