What We Are Looking For We are seeking proactive professionals who thrive in a client-facing environment and have a solid foundation in Australian Public Practice. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience: 2–10+ years within an Australian Public Practice environment (Tax & Business Services).
• Qualifications: Completed or currently pursuing CA or CPA CA or CPA qualifications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or APS.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of GST, FBT, Div 7A, and trust structures.
• Communication: A genuine "people person" who can translate complex tax data into actionable advice for SMEs and high-net-worth individuals.

Typical Responsibilities While every firm is different, most roles will involve:

• Preparing financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies.
• Providing tax planning and business advisory services.
• Managing client relationships and becoming a "trusted advisor."
• Assisting with the training and development of junior staff (for Senior/Manager levels).
