We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Intermediate, Senior, and Manager-level Accountants for upcoming opportunities within several leading Sunshine Coast Public Practice firms.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for dedicated professionals who value community, client relationships, and technical excellence. Our ideal candidates bring:

• Experience: 2–10+ years within an Australian Public Practice (Tax & Business Services).
• Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified (or significantly progressed toward completion).
• Systems Knowledge: Strong cloud-accounting skills, particularly in Xero, MYOB, or Class Super.
• Technical Breadth: Experience managing portfolios including SMEs, family groups, and primary production or construction-based clients.

Key Responsibilities Depending on your level of seniority, your day-to-day may include:

• Preparation of complex compliance and tax returns for all entity types.
• Proactive tax planning and restructuring advice.
• Management of SMSF compliance and administration (where applicable).
• Liaising directly with the ATO and clients to resolve complex queries.
• Mentoring junior accountants in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
