The Role:
You’ll manage your own family law matters end-to-end across:
- Parenting, property, divorce, child support, and DVOs
- Drafting and preparing legal documents (affidavits, consent orders, applications, BFA)
- Representing clients at hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Advising with professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness
- Working with a close-knit team in a genuinely supportive setting
About You: You’ll be a capable family lawyer ready for autonomy and balance. You bring:
- 2+ years PAE in family law (QLD or interstate)
- A confident grasp of the Family Law Act and court procedures
- Strong drafting, advocacy, and matter management skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and emotional intelligence
- A steady and professional approach to sensitive client issues
What You’ll Get - Salary: $115,000–$140,000 + Super (negotiable on experience)
