Insolvency Senior
About the Role: A leading insolvency and restructuring firm located in the heart of the CBD is seeking a highly motivated Insolvency Senior to join their growing team. You’ll be managing a range of corporate and bankruptcy matters from start to finish, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of external administrations including liquidations, voluntary administrations, and bankruptcies
Conduct investigations into the financial affairs of companies and individuals
Liaise with directors, creditors, stakeholders, and legal counsel
Prepare reports, statutory documents, and correspondence
Lead and mentor junior staff and contribute to their development
Attend creditor meetings and court hearings as required
Ensure files are compliant with ASIC, AFSA, and ARITA standards
About You
3+ years of experience in insolvency or restructuring.
Strong working knowledge of Bankruptcy insolvency procedures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
CA/CPA qualified or working towards.
ARITA qualification (or willingness to obtain) highly regarded.
