About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an Intermediate Tax and Business Advisory Accountant to join one of our three offices. You'll work closely with senior staff to provide high-quality tax and advisory services, with exposure to a diverse client portfolio. This role offers clear pathways for progression and hands-on experience in business advisory, making it ideal for CA/CPA candidates with a couple of years' public practice experience.
Key Responsibilities - Preparation and review of tax returns, financial statements, and management reports
- Supporting business advisory work for SME and individual clients
- Collaborating with senior staff to deliver exceptional client service
- Assisting in workflow and junior staff development
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes
About You - CA or CPA qualified, or near completion
- 2+ years' experience in public practice accounting
- Sound technical knowledge of tax and accounting principles
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a supportive environment
