A highly regarded Gold Coast firm is seeking a Junior Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 1–3 years PAE to join its busy disputes practice. This opportunity offers hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial litigation matters and exposure to mentoring from experienced lawyers.
The Role You will work on:
- Contractual disputes, debt recovery and corporate litigation
- Preparing court documents and briefs for counsel
- Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence
- Attending court appearances and mediations with senior practitioners
- Managing client communications and helping to develop strategies
About You To be successful, you will have:
- 1–3 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong legal research, drafting and communication skills
- A client-centric mindset with good attention to detail
- Admission as a solicitor in Queensland
