Litigation Lawyer | Associate/Senior Associate | Gold Coast
A boutique Gold Coast law firm is seeking a Litigation Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level. This is a unique opportunity to take a lead role in a well-established practice with a strong pipeline of litigation work and genuine autonomy.
The Role You will manage a diverse disputes caseload including:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Corporate litigation and partnership breakdowns
- Insolvency and debt recovery
- Property and construction disputes
- Mediations, court appearances, and strategic legal advice
You will have the ability to manage matters end-to-end and collaborate with senior leaders to grow the litigation team.
About You You will bring:
- 4–8 years’ post-admission experience in litigation or commercial disputes
- Strong technical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and file management abilities
- A proactive mindset and confidence to manage files independently
- Admission in Queensland and Australian working rights
