About the Role:
  
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join the firm’s busy Personal Injury team. Working closely with senior lawyers, you'll assist in managing a diverse caseload, preparing court documents, liaising with clients, and supporting claims from initial instruction through to resolution. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in plaintiff personal injury law who is confident managing files and deadlines in a dynamic legal setting.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Supporting solicitors with end-to-end file management across various personal injury claims
  • Drafting and preparing legal correspondence, forms, and court documents
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and third parties
  • Managing appointments, follow-ups, and key deadlines
  • Assisting with discovery, briefs to counsel, and settlement documentation
  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the team
  
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  
  • Has 1–3 years of paralegal experience, ideally in personal injury or litigation
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Is confident working autonomously on files under supervision
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Has experience with LEAP, FilePro, or similar practice management systems (preferred)
