I am recruiting for an exiting new role as aa Paraplanner with a respected firm in the financial services industry. My client is dedicated to providing comprehensive wealth management solutions to our clients. With a commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach.

Overview:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial advisors by preparing detailed financial plans and recommendations tailored to our clients' needs. You will conduct thorough research, analysis, and provide technical support to ensure the highest standard of service and advice delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering client data and conducting comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Prepare financial planning recommendations and strategies under the guidance of senior advisors.
  • Create and maintain financial planning reports, including cash flow projections, retirement planning, and estate planning documents.
  • Preparation of SOA's, ROA’s, recording, implementing and delivering advice, as well as completing reports, modelling and compliance documents
  • Work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
  • Follow policies, processes and service standards to ensure legislative compliance is upheld, with a high attention to detail
  • Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and regulatory updates.

About You:
  • Previous experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of writing complex, compliant SOA's and ROA's .
  • Thorough understanding of financial planning regulations and compliance, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Client focused and motivated to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
  • A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously and work across a range of duties.
