We're partnering with a leading global public practice firm that is looking for an experienced Partner / Senior Tax Manager to join their Tax & Business Services Division. - Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Review and oversee complex tax and business advisory work.
- Mentor and develop Intermediate and Junior staff, helping them grow their careers.
- Collaborate with offshore teams for financial prep and bookkeeping.
- Analyse complex financial data to deliver practical, tailored solutions for clients.
- Support SME clients with management accounting and reporting.
What We’re Looking For: - CA or CPA qualified.
- 10+ years of experience in public practice, with expertise in tax compliance.
- Strong experience in reviewing complex work and providing high-level tax advisory.
- Proven leadership skills, with a focus on team development and mentoring.
- A relationship-driven approach with a commitment to high-quality client service.
