The firm are looking for a professional and dynamic candidate to support two executives and assist the brokerage operationally.

Role Overview - - Managing the executive's diary, workflow and correspondance.
- Arranging internal and external meetings.
- Assisting with general administration for the executives.
- Special project support as and when required for the team.
- Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information.
- Coordinating and overseeing travel arrangements.
- Assisting the operations manager
About you - - Proven experience in an administration role within professional services.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and client-focused.
- Professional and presentable.
