The firm are looking for a professional and dynamic candidate to support two executives and assist the brokerage operationally.

Role Overview -
  
  • Managing the executive's diary, workflow and correspondance.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Assisting with general administration for the executives.
  • Special project support as and when required for the team.
  • Working autonomously and managing highly confidential information.
  • Coordinating and overseeing travel arrangements.
  • Assisting the operations manager
About you -
  • Proven experience in an administration role within professional services.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and client-focused.
  • Professional and presentable.
