The Role: - Oversee daily business operations and workflow management across administration
- Provide general practice management support to the leadership team
- Research, implement and optimise internal systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement across client service and internal operations
What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in practice, operations or business management in a professional services environment (e.g., accounting, finance or legal)
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A curious mindset and analytical approach to understanding business operations
- Familiarity with accounting practice software (e.g., Xero, Practice Ignition) is highly desirable
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual who focuses on outcomes
