Procurement Manager
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Approving purchase orders and organising and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.

- Develop sourcing initiatives and cost reduction strategies to assist the organisation in delivering measurable cost savings
- Develop and educate suppliers on the performance measurements and principles of continuous improvement
- Monitor key suppliers to ensure they deliver against expectations
- Keeping track of inventory levels, ensuring products are available when needed, and managing stock to avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Coordinating the timely distribution of goods to various departments or customers.
