Property Lawyer - 2 - 4 Years PAE

The Role:
Working within a high-performing team of 4 Lawyers and 5 Paralegals, you will enjoy a diverse workflow. You will be empowered to take ownership of files while being supported by a robust administrative engine. Your work will include:
- Leasing: Acting for both lessors and lessees in commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
- Corporate Conveyancing: Managing complex transactional matters for a diverse client base.
- General Property: Advising on residential, commercial, and rural matters, including contract negotiation and tailored legal advice.
- Client Partnership: Building and promoting strong relationships by understanding the commercial drivers behind the law.
About You We are primarily looking for a practitioner with
3–4 years PAE, though we are highly open to hearing from
Junior Solicitors who possess a proactive attitude and a strong technical foundation.
- Experience: Proven background in general property law with specific, "hands-on" experience in leasing and corporate conveyancing.
- Approach: A pragmatic, client-focused mindset. You should be someone who looks for solutions, not just problems.
- Tech-Savvy: Confidence with modern practice management systems (experience with Actionstep is a plus).
- Collaborative: A team player who enjoys a social, communicative office environment.
