Property Lawyer – Associate/Senior Associate (2–6+ PAE) Gold Coast – Full-time, Permanent A growing and dynamic legal practice on the Gold Coast is seeking a Property Lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level. This is an ideal opportunity to join a supportive and progressive team working on a range of high-quality property transactions.
The Role This role will see you handling a mix of commercial and residential property matters, including:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and leases
- Managing off-the-plan developments and subdivisions
- Advising on due diligence and regulatory compliance
- Negotiating and finalising transactions for developers, investors, and private clients
You will also have the chance to contribute to business development and mentor junior team members.
About You You will ideally have:
- 4+ years’ post-admission experience in property law
- Strong technical skills across residential and commercial transactions
- A practical and commercial approach to client service
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Desire to grow within a forward-thinking practice
