Position: Conveyancing / Property Law Paralegal or Legal Secretary
Salary: $70k–$90k + Super (depending on experience)

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal or Legal Secretary to join the firm’s busy Property and Conveyancing team. Working closely with senior lawyers, you'll assist in managing a diverse caseload, preparing legal documents, liaising with clients and agents, and supporting transactions from initial instruction through to settlement. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in property law who is confident managing files and deadlines in a dynamic legal setting.
Key Responsibilities: - Supporting solicitors with end-to-end file management across residential and commercial property matters
- Drafting and preparing legal correspondence, contracts, and settlement documentation
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, and settlement agents
- Managing appointments, follow-ups, and key contract dates
- Assisting with title searches, due diligence, and PEXA settlements
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the team
We’re Looking For Someone Who: - Has 1–3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal secretary, ideally in conveyancing or property law
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is confident working autonomously on files under supervision
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
- Has experience with PEXA, LEAP, FilePro, or similar practice management systems (preferred)
