The Opportunity
 
Our client is expanding and seeking experienced professionals across all levels to join its R&D Tax Advisory team in Perth. While there is a particular interest in Senior Consultants and Managers, high-quality candidates at all stages of their career are encouraged to apply.
 
This is a hands-on role working closely with business owners, CFOs and technical leaders to understand innovation activity and translate it into robust, compliant R&D tax claims.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the end-to-end delivery of R&D Tax Incentive claims
• Work directly with clients to scope and assess eligible R&D activities
• Prepare and review technical documentation and cost summaries
• Interpret legislation and provide advice on eligibility and structuring
• Collaborate with internal specialists on innovation and commercialisation strategies
• Stay up to date with legislative changes and ATO guidance

What You Will Bring

• Proven experience in R&D Tax, accounting or commercial advisory
• Strong technical capability with a practical, client-focused mindset
• Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels

Salary
 
Senior level roles offer packages from $110,000, with flexibility and DOE for other levels.
