Our Auckland office is in an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Recruitment Consultant to take full ownership of $500k+ desk.
The Opportunity This is a warm desk with established relationships across Auckland’s professional services market. You’ll be stepping into a proven space with the chance to make it your own, supported by a collaborative team and an ambitious, values-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract Accounting & Finance roles
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive networking and business development
- Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and market movements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Accounting & Finance or Professional Services
- Proven track record of consistent billing and business development success
- Strong knowledge of the Auckland finance market and key industries (professional services, commercial, or not-for-profit)
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Resilience, ambition, and a genuine passion for recruitment
