The Role As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be a key player in helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals following injury or illness.
You will manage a diverse caseload, providing comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's unique needs. This is a
fully hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work from home and in the community.
Responsibilities include: - Conducting initial assessments and developing individualised rehabilitation plans.
- Providing hands-on support and guidance to clients.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Preparing clear and concise reports.
- Managing your own schedule and caseload with autonomy.
What We're Looking For - A degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- AHPRA/ESSA registration (or eligibility to obtain it).
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- A desire to grow and develop professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
