Are you a seasoned Commercial Broker with a passion for delivering tailored insurance solutions? Our client, a highly respected player in the insurance industry, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team and lead the way in client relationship management and technical advice.

About the Role: This is an intermediate/senior-level opportunity for a dynamic insurance professional who enjoys client-facing work, strategic problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice across Fire & General insurance, and ensuring clients’ needs are fully understood and met.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships
  • Conducting coverage reviews, identifying uninsured risks, and advising on renewals
  • Managing end-to-end account servicing including policy adjustments, claims support, and placement strategy
  • Collaborating with underwriters to secure terms and facilitate timely policy issuance
  • Driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities
  • Ensuring all compliance, risk assessment, and reporting obligations are met
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 6 years' experience in commercial broking or underwriting
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver against KPIs and deadlines
  • Resilience, professionalism, and the confidence to lead client conversations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using internal systems
  • Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services
