Senior Auditor or Manager to join our clients team, specialising in internal or external audit. This role offers the opportunity to lead client engagements, mentor staff, and provide valuable insights to drive organisational success.
About the Role In this role, you will:
- Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Conduct risk assessments, evaluate internal controls, and ensure compliance with standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Work closely with clients across industries to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present high-quality audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor a team of auditors, fostering growth and development.
About You - A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in internal or external auditing, with a strong understanding of auditing standards and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership abilities and the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in audit tools and software (e.g., CaseWare, MYOB, Excel).
- Must have full working rights in Australia
