With continued growth planned for the year ahead, we’re seeking passionate Rehabilitation Consultants (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to join a high-performing allied health team making a real difference every day.

Occupational rehabilitation experience is preferred, however we’re also open to considering candidates with injury management experience or a strong working knowledge of the WorkCover WA system.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll support clients throughout their recovery journey using a client-centred, evidence-based approach, helping them regain function and achieve a safe and sustainable return to work.

You’ll manage a varied caseload across Workers’ Compensation, CTP and workplace assessments, with a strong focus on functional capacity, workplace engagement and outcome-driven rehabilitation.

Your week will be dynamic and flexible, combining client visits, report writing, stakeholder collaboration and case management - with the autonomy to structure your schedule in a way that works best for you.

What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
  • Relevant professional registration (AHPRA or ESSA)
  • Occupational rehabilitation experience preferred, or background in injury management or strong WorkCover WA knowledge
  • Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A genuine passion for helping people achieve positive outcomes
