What You’ll Do
  • Provide high level tax consulting services across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a strong culture of learning.
  • Keep ahead of legislative change to provide proactive advice.
  • Build and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Contribute to business growth through thought leadership, client acquisition, and expanding existing relationships.
  
About You
  • 8+ Years of tax advisory experience in a professional services environment
  • Passionate about client outcomes and building long-term relationships.
  • Leadership experience with a desire to mentor and develop others.
  • Commercially minded and proactive in identifying opportunities.
  • CA, CPA, or CTA qualified
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax law, including income tax, CGT, GST, FBT, payroll tax, Division 7A, and international tax.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client groups and multi entity structures.
  • Skilled in research, report writing, and client advisory.
