Senior / Manager to join their Audit & Assurance team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys leading audit engagements, coaching staff, and building strong client relationships.
Location: South Perth
What we're looking for: - Minimum 3+ years' relevant audit experience in public practice
- Demonstrated experience managing audit teams and supervising staff from planning to completion
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and IFRS
- Hands-on experience with statutory audits, trust audits, SMSF audits, and preparation of financial statements
- Ability to provide commercial advice and clear, concise client reporting
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion
- Supervise, coach, and develop junior and mid-level staff
- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and audit work
- Prepare and present clear reports and recommendations to clients
- Manage time, budgets, billing, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Identify new business and service opportunities within existing and prospective clients
- Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing professional development
