About the Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant at The Andersen Partnership, you’ll be at the forefront of matching exceptional talent with top tier clients. You’ll own the recruitment cycle from start to finish - sourcing candidates, securing placements, and driving business development. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the 360-degree recruitment process - sourcing, interviewing, and securing placements
  • Build and nurture talent pools that align with client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and quarterly targets while growing your own client base
  • Work closely with a high-performing, results-driven team to smash team goals
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the overall success of the team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is ideal, but experience trumps everything!
  • Experience: 1+ years as a recruitment consultant (bonus points if you’ve worked in a high-energy sales environment)
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you should feel confident negotiating terms and closing deals
  • Drive: A strong desire to achieve targets and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
