SMSF ACCOUNTANT
Are you a technical SMSF expert with a passion for mentoring? We are looking for a proactive Senior Accountant to act as a key conduit between our clients local leadership and their talented offshore team. This is a high impact role that balances technical review, client advisory, and team leadership within a supportive, flat-structured environment.
The Role: You will work closely with a Brisbane based Associate Director to manage a diverse SMSF portfolio while driving high quality outcomes.
- Mentor and review the work of an offshore accounting team.
- Manage SMSF compliance, tax planning, and business-related advisory matters.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to smarter systems and participate in (or lead) team training.
What You Bring - 4+ years in SMSF accounting with a strong track record in financial statement and tax return review.
- BGL 360 experience is essential. Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Commerce are required.
- A natural mentor who is "solutions-driven" and comfortable working in a fast-paced, organised manner.
- A warm, professional style with the ability to translate complex data into clear client advice.
