Are you an ambitious and experienced Tax Manager ready to take the next step?
 
I'm are seeking a proactive and client-focused Tax Manager to join our team in Subiaco, Perth. This role is a key position within the firm, offering a direct pathway to leadership and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on client strategy.
 
What You Will Do

• Lead a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients across various industries.
• Deliver expert tax advice and strategic planning on complex local and international tax matters, including corporate, capital gains, GST, and succession planning.
• Review and manage compliance work, ensuring accuracy and timely lodgement.
• Mentor, train, and manage a high-performing team of junior and intermediate tax professionals.
• Partner directly with Leadership, contributing to the firm's strategic direction and growth initiatives.

What You Bring

• CA/CPA qualification is essential.
• Proven experience at a Manager level (or highly experienced Assistant Manager) within an Australian Public Practice.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of Australian tax issues.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
• A passion for developing and coaching team members.
