We’re looking for a
Team Manager to lead a passionate multi-disciplinary team across the Greater Sydney region. You’ll play a hands-on leadership role -mentoring your team, supporting complex cases, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care.
What you’ll be doing: - Leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals (OTs, EPs, Psychs, Rehab Counsellors, and Physios)
- Overseeing service delivery and supporting your team to achieve quality outcomes
- Managing a small caseload of your own to stay connected to the work
- Providing clinical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development
- Collaborating with senior management to support business growth and service excellence

What you’ll bring: - 3-5+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (essential)
- Registration with ASORC, AHPRA, or ESSA
- Background as an OT, EP, Physio, Rehab Counsellor, or Psychologist
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for mentoring others and delivering quality outcomes
