We’re partnered with top-tier advisory firms and Big 4 consultancies in Sydney, who are on the lookout for experienced professionals in Transaction Services (TS) and Financial Due Diligence (FDD).
This is a great opportunity to step into high-impact roles at the forefront of deal advisory. You’ll work with high-profile clients across acquisitions, divestments, and strategic transactions - helping them make confident, informed decisions in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
What's required: - A strong accounting background and solid grasp of financial statements
- Hands-on due diligence experience and the ability to manage engagements end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
- Commercially minded, with sharp analytical thinking and sound judgment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
What they look for: - A bachelors or master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or equivalent
- A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment
