Wills & Estates Lawyer (3 year PQE)
We’re looking for a passionate Wills & Estates Lawyer to join a dynamic and high-performing law firm. If you’ve got at least three years of experience and love working on meaningful matters that make a real difference in people’s lives, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be working closely with our Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates on a diverse and interesting mix of files, including:
- Estate planning for individuals and families, including complex matters involving trusts, companies, and SMSFs
- Probate and estate administration
- Business succession planning
- Estate disputes (including family provision claims and capacity disputes)
- Superannuation and trust disputes
- Powers of Attorney and guardianship/administration applications
You’ll also have the chance to collaborate with other Accredited Specialists in Property and Commercial Law—so the quality of work (and the calibre of your colleagues) is second to none.
