About the Role As a Client Services Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting accountants, managers and partners while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
Responsibilities may include: - Managing ASIC corporate compliance, registrations and company changes
- Assisting with ATO matters, including lodgement programs, client portals, payment arrangements and remission requests
- Preparing engagement and re-engagement documentation
- Preparing and issuing client invoices
- Supporting workflow management
- Database management across various systems
- General administration including correspondence, document management, filing and telephone enquiries
- Supporting client managers with administrative tasks and client communication
- Assisting with business development reporting, marketing initiatives and CRM updates
- Coordinating office administration and team events
- Ensuring compliance processes are completed accurately and on time
Please note that responsibilities may vary slightly depending on the firm.
About You To be successful, you'll bring: - Previous administration experience within a Chartered Accounting firm/ financial services
- Strong knowledge of ASIC/ ATO processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, initiative and a strong client service focus
