You will be reporting to an Administration Manager and a Partner who is genuinely passionate about people. The environment in the office strikes the perfect balance of being professional and forward thinking but there is plenty of room for office chatter.

Once you have had an immersive start and hit the ground running 2 days working from home is on the table. On a daily basis you will act as a main point of contact for a diverse client base. You will handle the workflow including engagement letters and ASIC compliance while supporting accountants with tax returns, BAS collation, and ATO portal management.
If you have experience in a public practice environment, understand the tax and compliance lifecycle, and actually enjoy speaking with clients, this could be the right fit. You are likely looking for a home, not just a job, somewhere where the people actually invest time in one another.
Salary is around $85k + Super with room to move for the right experience and while the role is full time they are open to discussing part time for the right person.
