About The Role: This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of your own practice. Working alongside the Adelaide Office Principal, you'll be responsible for establishing and growing the firm's Commercial Litigation offering, with full support to bring across your existing practice, recruit your own team and drive the strategic direction of the division.
The role is ideally suited to a senior operator with an established client base across commercial disputes, insolvency, debt recovery or broader commercial litigation matters. You'll enjoy complete autonomy over your practice while benefiting from the firm's established infrastructure, administrative support, marketing resources and national referral network.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 8+ years' post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation
- Has an established practice and strong client relationships
- Has experience across commercial disputes, insolvency, debt recovery and/or broader commercial litigation matters
- Is currently a Special Counsel, Salary Partner, Partner or successful sole practitioner
- Has strong leadership, business development and client relationship skills
- Is motivated by the opportunity to build and grow a practice
