We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Claims and Underwriting professionals across Victoria who are open to exploring new career opportunities within established and growing insurance environments.
We are partnering with a range of respected insurers, underwriting agencies, and brokerages across Melbourne and regional Victoria, offering opportunities across various levels — from Claims Officers and Assistant Underwriters through to Senior Claims Specialists, Portfolio Underwriters, and Technical Claims Managers.

Typical Responsibilities May Include:

• End-to-end management of complex, high-value, or high-volume claim portfolios
• Assessing, underwriting, and pricing risk in line with delegated authority levels and business guidelines
• Delivering exceptional service to policyholders, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Managing key third-party relationships, including loss adjusters, assessors, and legal representatives
• Interpreting policy wordings, providing technical risk advice, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Driving portfolio profitability, retention, and risk mitigation strategies

We’re Interested in Speaking With Professionals Who Have:

• Relevant Tier 2 or ANZIIF qualifications (or equivalent industry experience)
• Strong technical capability across relevant claims or underwriting product lines
• Proven experience managing end-to-end claim lifecycles or complex underwriting portfolios
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive approach to compliance, policy interpretation, and risk management
