This role is explicitly designed for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven hunter who wants to accelerate their portfolio growth.
You will partner directly with investment teams, internal experts, accounting and legal partners to aggressively identify, pitch, and capture market share.
What You Will Do - Drive New Business: Actively convert warm leads, capital networks, and internal referral pipelines into high-value wealth management clients.
- Pitch Holistic Value: Articulate and deliver sophisticated, personalized wealth strategies across superannuation, wealth creation, structured investments, retirement architecture, insurance, and estate planning.
- Commercial Networking: Collaborate with internal lending, portfolio management, and digital solutions specialists to build compelling, multi-disciplinary pitches for prospective clients.
- Own the Relationship Lifecycle: Navigate the initial onboarding process with high emotional intelligence, transitioning prospects into long-term, loyal clients through proactive advisory and regular reviews.
- Collaborate with Centers of Influence: Build strategic cross-referral networks with external accountants, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to continuously fuel your pipeline.
About You - Experience: 3–5 years as a Financial Adviser with a demonstrable track record of new business acquisition, OR a high-performing Senior Associate/Paraplanner with strong commercial acumen ready to transition to a revenue-generating seat.
- Emerging Hunters Welcomed: Ambitious professionals looking to undertake or complete their Professional Year (PY) who possess natural business development capability and strong technical backing are highly encouraged to apply.
- Compliance: Fully FASEA/Pro-Exam compliant with a sharp understanding of current legislative frameworks.
