Graduate / Junior Accountant

We're looking for a Graduate or Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive ongoing mentoring, and build a long-term career in public practice.
The Role You'll work closely with experienced accountants while developing your skills across taxation, compliance and business advisory.
Key responsibilities: - Prepare individual, company, trust and partnership tax returns.
- Assist with financial statements, BAS and IAS.
- Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Support senior accountants with client work and advisory projects.
- Liaise with clients and respond to day-to-day queries.
- Use cloud accounting software, including Xero.
About You
- Degree in Accounting or Commerce (completed or nearing completion).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous public practice or Xero experience is an advantage but not essential.
