The Role This is a 360 recruitment role with real room to build your own desk. You'll be paired with an experienced consultant for hands-on mentoring in your first months, backed by the training and support of a national business. You'll:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through to placement
- Build and grow your own client portfolio
- Develop strong candidate pipelines and talent communities
- Work towards KPIs and quarterly targets
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Work closely with a team that shares knowledge, leads and wins
