Business Services Manager – Pathway to Equity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Services Manager to join a well-established Adelaide accounting firm with a clear succession plan and genuine pathway to equity.
You will manage a diverse and complex client portfolio across property, development, legal, and high-level taxation matters. This is a client-facing advisory role suited to someone who enjoys building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor to business owners and CFOs.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of high-value clients across business services and advisory
- Provide monthly management reporting and business performance analysis
- Deliver advisory services including Fathom reporting, Xero reporting, business analytics, and management accounting packages
- Attend regular monthly meetings with CFOs and key stakeholders
- Work closely with clients on tax planning, business growth, succession planning, and strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to the growth of the division
- Contribute to business development and the ongoing growth of the firm
