The Role You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of
family groups and large privately owned businesses, providing both compliance oversight and strategic advice.
- Deliver high-quality, value-added solutions that support clients in achieving their business goals and driving sustainable growth
- Analyse client financial and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement and implement tailored strategies
- Manage and prioritise workflow across the team, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered efficiently
- Support the ongoing development of team members through knowledge sharing, training, and mentoring
- Assist in managing a portfolio of $600k+ in fees
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior staff, helping drive their professional growth and progression

About You - CA/CPA qualified
- 5+ years public practice experience
- Strong experience with complex structures (trusts, groups, HNW clients)
- Confident managing client relationships
- Looking to step into a more advisory-focused role
- Bring new thinking and ideas, being adaptable to change and flexible for the future
