The Role:
You will play a key role in managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters from post-exchange through to settlement, while supporting a busy property team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing conveyancing files from post-exchange to settlement
  • Preparing and lodging documents with NSW Land Registry Services (LRS)
  • Managing electronic settlements through PEXA
  • Reviewing contracts and preparing reports
  • Conducting searches via Infotrack
  • File opening, client onboarding, VOI and AML/CTF compliance
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, banks and real estate agents
  • Preparing settlement figures, adjustments and completion documents
  • General property paralegal support, file management and billing assistance
About You:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a NSW property or conveyancing paralegal role
  • Strong working knowledge of PEXA, LEAP, Infotrack and NSW LRS
  • Confident managing conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Australian working rights

Law students with relevant NSW property/conveyancing experience who
  • Have several years remaining in their degree
  • Are available to work full-time (Monday to Friday)
