Receptionist
The Role: We’re on the hunt for a Receptionist who’s more than just polished and professional, we want someone who’s proactive, people-focused, and ready to play a key role in shaping the client experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, guests, and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are presentable
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and couriers.
  • Assist with the preparation of client documents, packs, and correspondence.
  • Support the administration team with data entry, scanning, filing, deeds and ad hoc tasks.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate reordering
  • Assist in organising internal events, staff meetings, and client appointments.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.

What You Bring:
  • Experience in a CA/CPA or Legal firm is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional presentation suited to a St Kilda Road firm.
  • Strong MS Office skills; experience with accounting-specific software, CRM or client management systems (e.g., Xero Practice Manager, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to anticipate needs and keep the office running like clockwork.
