Receptionist

Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients, guests, and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; direct to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are presentable
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and couriers.
- Assist with the preparation of client documents, packs, and correspondence.
- Support the administration team with data entry, scanning, filing, deeds and ad hoc tasks.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate reordering
- Assist in organising internal events, staff meetings, and client appointments.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.
What You Bring: - Experience in a CA/CPA or Legal firm is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional presentation suited to a St Kilda Road firm.
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with accounting-specific software, CRM or client management systems (e.g., Xero Practice Manager, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to anticipate needs and keep the office running like clockwork.
