Our Melbourne office is growing, and we’re looking to hire an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Accountancy & Finance team.
  
The Opportunity:
As a finance Consultant, you’ll play a key role in expanding our Accounting & Finance offering in Melbourne. This is a warm desk with strong client relationships, offering you the opportunity to take ownership of a proven market, while being supported by a collaborative and ambitious team.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles within Accounting & Finance
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive business development
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking and market movements
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of quality talent through sourcing, networking and referrals
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider success of the team
  
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Accounting & Finance sector
  • A track record of consistent billing and business development success
  • Strong knowledge of the Melbourne finance market and key industries (e.g., professional services, commercial, or not-for-profit)
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for recruitment
