Risk Adviser
An established financial services firm in Melbourne's inner eastern suburbs is looking for
Associate Risk & Insurance Advisers to join their growing team.
This role is a perfect career-track opportunity for someone passionate about personal risk insurance. You will receive hands-on mentoring, develop deep technical knowledge, and gradually take on greater client management responsibilities as you grow.
With full support, you will manage a client portfolio and oversee the end-to-end advice process.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Meeting with clients to understand their objectives and risk protection needs.
- Preparing and presenting tailored personal risk insurance advice.
- Managing the implementation process and ongoing client reviews.
- Handling day-to-day client enquiries and outstanding requirements.
- Supporting business development and professional development initiatives.
About You: We are looking for a proactive professional with strong attention to detail who wants to build a long-term career in risk advice.
Ideally, you bring:
- Qualifications as a Financial Adviser (or working towards it).
- Prior experience within financial services, insurance, or a client-facing wealth role.
- Proficiency using Xplan.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
