Senior Accountant
We’re working with a leading national firm that’s offering something different: a Senior Accountant role that blends hands on monthly reporting with tax and business advisory exposure.
This is your chance to step into a position where you'll act as an outsourced Finance Manager for a portfolio of private clients - handling everything from payroll and month end to BAS, while also contributing to broader tax and advisory projects across the team.

What you’ll be doing: - Prepare and manage month end reports, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation and inter entity reconciliations
- Oversee payroll for large clients, including PAYG, payroll tax and redundancies
- Prepare and review BAS and compliance returns
- Directly manage client relationships - gathering information, answering queries and delivering timely reports
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to client advisory meetings
You’ll bring: - 3+ years’ experience in Public Practice
- CA/CPA qualified or close to completion
- Strong experience with month-end reporting and tax compliance
- A commercial mindset with confidence managing client relationships
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems like Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite
