You'll work directly with SME business owners, providing strategic advice that genuinely impacts their businesses—from improving profitability and cash flow to tax planning, business structuring and long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing You'll manage your own portfolio of SME clients while providing a mix of compliance and advisory services, including:

• Building trusted relationships with business owners
• Leading client meetings and strategy sessions
• Tax planning and business structuring
• Cash flow and profitability analysis
• Business performance reviews
• Virtual CFO and advisory projects
• Business valuations and strategic consulting
• Identifying opportunities to add value beyond compliance

About You You're someone who enjoys working with people just as much as numbers.
You'll ideally bring:

• CA or CPA qualification
• 7+ years' experience in Australian public practice
• Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
• Experience managing client relationships
• Excellent communication and commercial thinking
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Experience with Xero, Ignition, Karbon or Virtual CFO advisory work will be highly regarded.
