Key Responsibilities: - Advise clients across a diverse range of complex parenting, property, and financial matters
- Lead negotiations and manage litigation autonomously across sophisticated cases
- Build and nurture strong client and professional referral networks
- Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and ongoing development to junior lawyers
- Collaborate with firm leadership on business growth initiatives and workflow efficiency
