About The Role: This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of your own practice. Working alongside the Adelaide Office Principal, you'll be responsible for establishing and growing the firm's Wills & Estates offering, with full support to bring across existing clients, recruit your own team and develop the practice as you see fit.
You'll enjoy complete autonomy over your practice while benefiting from the infrastructure, marketing, administrative support and national referral network of an established firm.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 8+ years' post-admission experience in Wills & Estates
- Has an established practice and existing client relationships
- Is currently a Special Counsel, Salary Partner, Partner or successful sole practitioner
- Has strong leadership, business development and client relationship skills
- Is motivated by the opportunity to build and grow a practice
